  • How do you charge for junk removal?

    Our junk removal prices are volume-based and charge on the amount of space the items take up in our trailer and how easy they are to remove. 

    We offer free estimates and upfront quotes including labor, transportation, and disposal, so there are no surprises.

  • Is there a minimum you charge for junk pickup?

    We charge a minimum fee of $99 to cover our time, fuel, and disposal. 

    If you factor in what it would cost you to source a vehicle, equipment, help, fuel, and time, our minimum price is a steal!

  • Do you do donation pickups for free?

    Picking up items for donation costs us labor, fuel, and time so we cannot offer donation pickup services for free. However, we pass any tax receipts onto you. 

  • Is curbside pickup cheaper than full-service junk removal?

    Yes. Curbside pickup costs less than full-service junk removal. Leaving your unwanted items curbside not only makes our services more convenient, but you save us time which saves you money! 

  • Do you take scrap metal for free?

    Although we can generate income from some scrap metals, removing and hauling to the appropriate scrap yards takes effort, fuel, and time so we cannot offer this service for free. 

  • Do you do single item pickups?

    We do single-item pickups in SETX! If you have an oversized chair, old piano, freezer, or another bulky item you need to get rid of, you can count on SETX Junk to make it disappear for a fair price. 

  • Does urgent junk removal cost more than if we book ahead?

    We understand that not all decluttering projects can be planned, and we don't believe you should pay more when the unexpected happens. The cost for same-day service is the same as our regular rates. 

    We do our best to attend to your urgent junk removal needs. However, we cannot guarantee that we can assist immediately if you call last minute. 

  • Do you offer discounts?

    While we do not offer discounts at this time, we offer reduced rates for clients who require regular junk removal services to keep their job site or property clutter-free. Talk to us to learn more about our regular junk removal services, such as dumpster overflow cleanup, construction debris removal, and real estate cleanouts. 

  • Is there anything you cannot take?

    While we can take almost anything, including concrete, we cannot handle liquids, paint, chemicals, hazardous waste, or tires. 

  • Do you offer any guarantees?

    We guarantee to leave you with a tidy, clutter-free space and back our services with a 100% happiness guarantee.
